Iolite: Also known as the water sapphire, Iolite is associated with shamanic journeys, ancestral visions, and balance.

Hematite: Useful to attract courage, love, dexterity and restfulness.

Intentions: I intend to remember that speaking my truth with integrity means communicating with self-control. I will meditate to receive guidance from my spirit guides to ground my ego and balance my perspective. I will cleanse my gemstones to clear negative energy and eliminate stress.
